We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to lead our team and maintain the exceptional quality and service that Nazar Fragrances is known for.

Position Overview:

As the Manager of Nazar Fragrances Kiosk at Crabtree Valley Mall, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 employees, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our inventory is efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrances, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of 4-5 employees, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers receive personalized assistance and recommendations.

- Manage inventory, including restocking, and conducting regular inventory audits.

- Create and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase our fragrance products.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation among the staff.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Provide regular reports and updates to upper management.

- Stay updated on fragrance industry trends and products to provide expert advice to customers.

- Ensure the kiosk is clean, organized, and compliant with mall regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a fragrance or cosmetics setting.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for fragrance.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Knowledge of inventory management best practices.

Basic computer skills.

Job Description

As a Salesperson at Nazar Fragrances, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our Crabtree Valley Mall kiosk. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, helping them find the perfect fragrance to match their preferences.

Sales: Actively promote and sell our range of fragrances, guiding customers through their purchase decisions and upselling when appropriate.

Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, restock products as needed, and assist in regular inventory audits.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings, including the various scents, ingredients, and fragrance families.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the kiosk is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.

Qualifications

-Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
